Wait a minute... I'm trying to fit my "swelled head" through my door! Boy, that was a LONG message - you're getting to be as "wordy" as me! Smile! Seriously though, it was a lovely evening of "caring & sharing" with friends - one which I'm sure you'll remember for years to come!

This is a new year and a new you so... really focus on the things that you are passionate about ... ask yourself what you would absolutely LOVE to do -- if you don't know, that's ok... start trying new things, whether it's gardening, running, writing in a daily journal so you can see how you spend your time, or volunteering for ACS (Amer.Cancer Society which I did in S.F. & loved it!!!)... I can talk to you more about that! I'm only saying this because those tips really helped me - smile! The world is YOUR oyster so take a bite out of it!
What's the worst thing that can happen -- you don't like the taste?!! More Bdays = more knowledge which = a stronger sense of self !! So "ham it up" for all it's worth -Happy BDay, Ms. Heidi - smile!
