Negotiation Skills: I pride myself in creating win-win situations, protecting my clients in obtaining the highest and best price possible for sellers, and the lowest price when representing buyers. Detail Oriented: I believe it is important not to leave any stone unturned. I make sure that all paperwork is completely handled, that I, or my representative, is present during all inspections, and that all other details are thoroughly researched.

As for me, I am wanting to really support my sister NINGers in this last quarter of the year. I am also focusing on our country. As women, we need to be alert to the upcoming changes.
