I heard this on the radio the other day and thought I would pass it on. There is a tax credit of up to $7500 for first time home buyers. It is in effect until July 1, 2009. There are restrictions of the level of income; for a single person $75,000 and married $150,000. but even if your income is more, you may be entitled to a partial credit.
